Instructions:

Turn on your oven and set it to 400°F.

Take your salmon and pat it dry with a paper towel. Put it on a baking sheet, skin-side down.

Grab a small bowl. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in it.

Brush this mix all over the salmon. Let it sit while the oven heats up.

Once the oven's hot, pop the salmon in. Cook it for 15 minutes.

After cooking, take it out and let it rest for 5 minutes.
